The program is open to all California residents, businesses, non-profit organizations, professionals, trade associations, communities, and state and local governments. The 1994 awards will be presented for activities undertaken or completed last year in four categories: partnerships, environmental management, innovation, and environmental restoration and rehabilitation. Nominations must be received by August 26, and winners will be chosen by an independent committee.
