Anniversary of the 1991 Agreement on Biological Diversity (MOU).
- November Meeting to Focus on Agricultural Challenges: Following these two events in Yosemite, the Council
will next meet in Modesto on November 14 & 15. This will focus on a rare topic for the Council -- the economic challenges facing agriculture.
